Using this site

The site is built on a content management system and uses a straightforward navigation system based on the hierarchical navigation aid that appears on the left hand hand side of every page.

News Feeds

RSS - which stands for Rich Site Summary or Really Simple Syndication - allows you to see the latest headlines from your favourite sites, and to then be able to click directly through to the articles that you want to read. coopseurope.coop provides an RSS Feed for its site content. The RSS Feed offers an easy way to keep up with Coops Europe coverage, as the feed is automatically updated as content is added to our website.

PDF Files

In addition, the site makes extensive use of PDF (Portable Document Format) files. We have chosen to use PDF as it offers excellent flexibility and accessibility, enabling us to provide easy access to large amounts of information via the web and email, whilst retaining clear formatting of that information. To get the best of PDF files, you need to use a PDF viewer. Adobe Reader, or Adobe Acrobat, is probably the most widely known and used. Adobe Reader is freely available for most platforms, and can be downloaded from
